This is the official Strongman event at the 2026 Lift Hard Live Easy Classic in Aberdeen, SD. This event will occur on Friday, 7/17/26. This will be a fast paced unsanctioned show with only 50 competitors and 5 unique events. Total show time is estimated at 5-6  hours.

Start time: 9am 
Weigh-ins: Day of event, from 7-9am
Venue: Ramkota Event Center

Cost: $125

Refund Policy: A full refund will be given up until 16 week prior to the event (3/28/26). After that, only a 50% refund will be given up until 4 weeks prior IF we can fill your spot. 4 weeks or less, no refund will be given for any drop outs.
