LHLE 26 Virtual Meet Official Rules

  • This registration is open until May 23rd. Register here.

  • The Submission window is July 6-July 12. If you don’t submit your attempts by then, you aren’t eligible to win a prize.

  • The competition consists of a 1RM squat, bench, and deadlift.

    • Wear whatever you want to

    • We won’t be judging things like squat depth and bench pauses. Use your best discretion.

  • Roster and results and submissions will be posted to this page.

    • Submission will require you listing your best attempt on each lift, and providing a video link.

    • You can link to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Drive, etc..

  • The random winners will be drawn around July 14th

    • For every 20 entrants we give away $100 gift card

    • Grand prize winner $250 gift card if we get over 100 entries. It will also count as a Massenomics HOF contest win
